why it's Active? / booking is still active and I don't know why
You do not know why your booking is still "active" even though you think that it should be "completed"?
Whenever you have doubts about the status of your booking, please click on the button "why it's Active" which you find in the inbound booking overview as well as in the outbound booking overview.


As soon as you click on it, a new window will open (Infolog) and state the reason why your booking is still active. If it tells you that a specific work order - number (e.g. WK-23929) is open and you do not know which one is meant, please check your sampling order, warehouse order or customs order.

ATTENTION:
If the Infolog shows only the statement: booking split, active and nothing else, please send a ticket to the AX support team as there is probably a problem in the backround and can only be solved by the AX team.
