GATE IN CONTAINER does not work - what to do?
Once your container arrives, it has to be GATED IN to be able to proceed with the warehouse journals. If the "gate in container" button is greyed out, you have to proceed as follows:

- Check if the boxes for "terminal ID, storage zone, transport terminal & transport zone" are filled with the correct information
- Check if the warehouse order is confirmed

If these steps are done and your "gate in container" button is still not available, please check if we are responsible for trucking. If so, the transport order has to be created first in order to be able to "gate in" a container.
