Warehouse rent has no start date - what to do?
If you receive an error message saying that the "warehouse rent for lot .. has no start date" and you cannot post the warehouse journal, it means that there is no valid rate for that particular warehouse lot in the customer contract.
Please check your warehouse lot and compare if the following criteria are mentioned in the active contract:
- cargo ID
- unit
- terminal market
- origin/quality
- validity of the entire contract
You will only be able to post your lot once the corresponding rate is saved in the contract.
