check if your printing issues only occur when printing out of AX - if YES, please send a ticket to ax-support@vollers.com
check if printing issues also occur when printing out of an Office application - if YES, please send a ticket to it-servicedesk@vollers.com
check if your colleagues also have the same issues - if YES, please nominate one person to create 1 ticket. It is NOT neccessary to create a ticket for each user
