How to create a SAMPLE ORDER?

Sample order & sample shipment
Sample orders can be created for Inbound Bookings (import) or for existing warehouse lots (stock).
Weight of samples will not be deducted from stock
Sample order for inbound Bookings:
In your IB go for menu item “Create sample per lot” or “Create sample order for multiple lots”.
This will take you to the sample order screen.
- Create sample per lot will create one label per cargo line in the IB.
- Create sample order for multiple lots will create one label for the whole quantity in the IB.
Sample order for existing warehouse lots (stock):
Select your stock.

Select the lot(s) and go for menu item “Sampling orders”. Select “Create sample per lot” or “Sample order for multiple lots”.
And enter a plan date:

This will take you to the sample order screen.
Sample order screen: (Maritime Logistics->Sampling->Sampling orders)
Select the “Sample type”(landed), “Mode of delivery”, “Quantity” & “Weight”.
In this screen you can also print the sample labels. You can modify the text if necessary.
(To undo changes in text click “Generate label”)

Close this screen when ready.
Sample shipments: (Maritime Logistics->Sampling->Sample shipments)
You will have to create a “Sample shipment” for taken samples that will be shipped by courier or will be collected.
Go for “New” in the sample order shipment screen.
Select “Mode of Delivery”, enter a “shipment date/time” and enter (or select) the sample number. 
For samples that are shipped by courier you have to enter a bill number and a price for invoicing
When the samples have left the office you can go for “Approve” and “Shipment gate out”.
