How to create a CALL NUMBER OCEAN?

A call number ocean has to be created once and can be used by each user.

If the required Call number ocean is not already entered, use right mouse button - view details to go to master data table and create new Call number ocean:

go to "create call journal"

If the Vessel has already been entered into the master data, select from drop down list.

If the Vessel has not been previously entered into the master data, use right mouse button - view details to go to master data table and create entry for required vessel via the NEW-button

Enter Information into IMO, Call sign and Vessel name fields and close form.

Now you can select the Vessel from the drop down list and complete the form.

Click OK

For arriving vessels / Import: Enter arrival date

For departing vessels/ Export: Enter Closing and departure date

New Call number ocean has been created.

Close form.

Now you can select the needed Call number ocean from the drop down list. Complete the form.
