What to do if there are changes for transport orders for TMS
ATTENTION:
- transport orders which are being exported to TMS, have to have a date in the future
- transport orders for the next working day have to be issued and exported to TMS the day before till 7 am! Otherwise the transport order will be for the 2nd working day.
Date and / or time changes
- check the status of the transport order in AX
a.) not scheduled
Date/time can be changed and the transport order can be re-exported to TMS.

Attention: removing checkmark - replacing checkmark only has to be done, if the transport itself changes, e.g. additional cargo line or different transport.
b.) scheduled
1. inform the transport department, so scheduled orders in TMS can be set to "open"
2. delete Transport order in AX with the „delete“ button

3. Transport Requirement with updated dates can be re-exported to TMS
