1. Installation of Microsoft Whiteboard
Open the Company Portal app by clicking on the windows start icon on the bottom left, and then scroll down to "Unternehmensportal". If you can't find the Company Portal, then you can find the app directly in Microsoft Store (here you will also find the missing Company Portal app).
Click the "Microsoft Whiteboard" icon and follow the link to "Microsoft Store", here you can download the app.
2. Create a whiteboard
The app has different options to create a whiteboard. Click the menu-buttons on the left and see the different possibilities.

3. Share a whiteboard with a colleague
After crearting a whiteboard, you will be able to share the dokument with a user in the Vollers context:
click in the top right on the marked symbol (see screenshoot).
Choose one or more users and click "send".
The second option is to copy the link of the whiteboard, which you may share with all colleagues, for example, in a meeting.
When a document has been shared, the invited users getts a mail, which loomks like the following screenshot:
4. Share in a TEAMS meeting
To share a whiteboard in a Teams conference, is similar to sharing a screen. Just choose the "Microsoft Whiteboard" option:
Every user in the meeting is allowed to change the shared whiteboard.
If another user makes changes, you will see an icon with the picture (or the signature) of the user making the changes.
While the user is typing, you won't see the changes on your side yet. The change will only reflect after the user has finished typing.
5. Share in a TEAMS-Team
To create and share a whiteboard in a TEAMS-Team, click on the plus symbol:
If you can't see "Whiteboard" after clicking, search for in in the top right corner:
The whiteboard is linked directly in the team menu and everyone are allowed to make changes.
