Vollers IT is split into AX team and General IT team . Both teams work close together so support you with any IT related issues. Support is only one part of the work of both of these Teams.
The AX team fulfills all AX related support request and is reached via ax-support@vollers.com
The General IT team fulfills all other IT related support requests and is reached via it-servicedesk@vollers.com
As mentioned support is only one part of the duties the Vollers IT fulfills so it is our competence to prioritize and handle your requests. You do us a big favor, if you do not interfere into this process.
To ensure you the best possible support experience we work in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) we are committed to. We will also keep you informed on progress as well as delay in handling your request. Delays can occure and this often happens if Vollers IT has to escalate your request to third party partners which can happen.
