Search + select stock: personalize your view

You can personalize your view and put the most important filters for yourself forward as follows:

open search + select stock
go to form settings:

choose "inventory summary dimensions display"

now delete all checkmarks which are not interesting for you and do not forget to put a checkmark in SAVE SETUP, otherwise this setting will not be saved for the next time. Feel free to check all topics on the left side (inventory summary, item number, site, warehouse, location, warehouse number)

Now my filter includes only information which I wish to see at one glance.

You also have the possibility to put the filter into another order. Please note though that this setting will only be saved for the current session. Next time, you login to AX search + select stock, the order will be as it was.

open search + select stock
go to a filter and click with your right mouse button on to "personalize"

You can now arrange the items up or down as you wish. Please save your settings but remember: it will only be saved for the current session.
