How to do a correction journal for buffer stocks

Go to "search + select stocks"
select your lot
click on "correction journal"

edit quantity and weight, click on ok

a new window opens up, now edit the quantity and weight information

Attention:

The number of units (weight) is prefilled from the selection of the previous window "edit quantity and weights". The weights are stated negative to deduct the stocks for this example. According to your individual requirements the numbers can be changed manually into positive (raise) or negative (deduct) amounts.

change to tab "inventory dimensions"

all additional and relevant information is already prefilled in the correction journal (like quality and origin, container number, quality remark).

Adjust information if needed. Then click on "post"

Click on "ok"

Your journal has been posted.
