3CX - Sign out of app account
If you have the 3CX app installed on your smartphone, any incoming call will also appear on your smartphone.
If you use the desktop app alongside the smartphone app, you might not want your smartphone to ring every time a call comes in.
You can set your status to "Do Not Disturb" or "Away" to stop receiving calls, but then you won't receive any more calls on other clients either.
The following instructions will show you how to log out of the 3CX app:
Sign out account on iPhone
- Open the 3CX-App.
- Tap on the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap on Account.
- Tap the small check mark in front of the account you want to disable.
(To reactivate the account later, simply tap the empty circle.)
Sign out account on Android
- Open the 3CX-App.
- Tap on the Menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap on the Account.
- Press on the account and hold until a new window opens, normally for 2 Seconds.
A green tick means the account is active.
- Tap Disable. The green tick on the account portrait is now gone.
- To reactivate it, tap on the account again.
