File access on all devices with OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive is a storage service that allows files to be backed up online. This means they are not only available locally on one device, but can be accessed on different devices. This has decisive advantages: Files do not have to be “transferred” from one device to another using USB sticks, external hard drives or similar. In addition, files are not lost immediately if the corresponding device should break.
At Vollers, we have been using OneDrive since December 2020. It is available on all Vollers devices. For example, if you save a document on your company laptop, it is automatically available on your company mobile phone, tablet or Azure Virtual Desktop. The same applies if you save something on your company mobile phone, etc.

To use OneDrive, you have to log in to OneDrive once on the respective device. All you have to do is select the blue cloud symbol of OneDrive and enter your Microsoft access data. From then on, everything happens automatically.
