How to configure your taskbar (Windows 11)
How to move the Windows "Start" menu to the left side (look like Windows 10):
In Windows 11 the menu is centered by default:
If you want to move the menu to the left side, like it was in Windows 10, follow the upcoming steps:
Right-click on the taskbar -> Click on taskbar settings -> Open the Personalization tab -> Open the "Taskbar behaviors" tab --> Set the Taskbar alignment to Left
Undo combining of Apps in the Taskbar
Windows 11 combines the Apps together when there are Multiple tasks opened 
if you want to undo the process follow the upcoming steps:
right click on the taskbar --> go to Taskbar Settings and find the function "Combine taskbar buttons" -> change the Option to Never.
