To signal to the recipient of an email in Outlook that it should be treated confidentially, you can set confidentiality options in Outlook to ensure your emails are appropriately marked.
Here is a quick guide on how to enable confidentiality settings in both the New and Classic versions of Outlook.
Important: These markings are purely informational! Outlook does not technically prevent the emails or documents from being forwarded, printed, or copied.
