Classifying your Word/Excel/PowerPoint Documents
Here is a short Tutorial on how to Classify your as S3 - Confidential or S4 - highly Confidential.
Important: These markings are purely informational! Outlook does not technically prevent the emails or documents from being forwarded, printed, or copied.
1. Navigate to the Home tab.

2. Klick on the Sensitivity option.

3. Choose the appropriate Classification for your Document

This is the same Method for Word, Excel and Powerpoint alternatively u can also Mark the Document when saving.
