Error message for ITEM TRACING - what to do?

You want to open “Item tracing customer lot” or “item tracing inbound booking” at “maritime logistics - search and select stock”

But you get the following error message:

The error message is telling you exactly what you have to do. This above mentioned example is stating for the “item tracing customer lot” that you have to "check the form settings for: inbound booking, customer lot, customer reference and customer contract”

To do so, please open the “form settings - inventory summary dimensions display":

Please click on “inventory” and “warehouse lot” to check off the missing dimensions. Some dimensions are already Some dimensions are already preset and cannot be removed (greyed out).

ATTENTION: be sure to tick the "save setup" box, otherwise the settings will not be saved for the next AX session!

If it does not work right away, please close AX and restart.
