"External deliver"-button is greyed out, what to do?

You want to "external deliver" a container but the button is greyed out. This container has probably already been gated in as you created the booking with the "discharge area: Vollers".

In order to correct this, you need to gate out the container first. Go to "maritime logistics - warehouse - containers - confirm gate out container"

Find your container via the search bar and click on "gate out container"

Now go back to your transport order and remove both legs of the container (empty + full).

A new transport order has to be created with a "delivery address" - not "discharge area". Once done you can "external deliver" it.
