How to CONSOLIDATE bookings?
Your customer (or the consignee) wants you to consolidate shipments in one release
Create your (first) outbound booking as usual
Pay attention to the "delivery address" and "freight payer"
Afterwards, note the shipment number as well as the transport order (if you already created one)

On the (next) outbound booking which you wish to consolidate with another shipment, make sure to fill in the following information:
1. checkmark in the "transport" box
2. same recipient as on the OB's which you want to consolidate
3. same freight payer as on the OB's which you want to consolidate
4. checkmark in the "deliver on pallet"- box
ATTENTION: if you do not put a checkmark in this box, then the "consolidate" - box will stay greyed out.
5. checkmark in the "consolidate" - box (as soon as you put the checkmark in, a new window for the "shipment selection" will open
6. now select the shipments which you want to add
ATTENTION: You can only consolidate while creating an OB - it will not work if you already saved an OB and try to edit it after its creation!!

Please note that the form will slightly change as soon as you put a checkmark in the "deliver on pallet"-box.
Before it looks like this:

After checking the box, "pallet services" will be included in the "warehouse and customs parameters":

ATTENTION: you will only be able to consolidate if your contract includes "palletize services"
if not, you will receive this error message:

Go to "maritime logistics - commercial - palletize services" to add your customer:

click on "new template" , add your customer as well as a "new" line including the required duty codes:

Afterwards open your customer contract and add the prices for the palletize services at "cargo services".
You should now be able to save your outbound booking.
Proceed with your outbound booking
Make sure to add the new lot to the existing transport order by opening the "transport requirements", select the line (1), click on "add to transport order" (2) and select from the window the correct line (3)

proceed as usual.
