How to save recurring instructions (CLAUSES)?

You have recurring instructions which you don't want to type every single time all over again?

With clauses you can save them once and insert them easily.

Go to "maritime logistics - setup - instructions & documents - clauses"

Click on "new" (1), select "instructions" from the dropdown menu (2), write a meaningful description which makes it easy for you to find your instructions and finally type your instructions (4)

The instructions will be saved automatically, so simply close the window. Next time when you are working on a booking, you just need to click on "clauses" and pick your instructions:

But what if you realize the missing of instructions - which are recurring - while you are working on a booking? You do not need to go back to the main menu etc, just click on "clauses", right mouse click anywhere in the window and "view details"

You will be led to the same window as above where you can save your instructions.
